I bought 3 bundles and they arrived 2days earlier than the estimated delivery date. I gave the store 1 star for communication because in all honesty I didn’t receive any information from them whatsoever. You know normally they would message you to verify your information. I didn’t receive anything. The tracking was just provided via my “orders�?page. Now on to the product..the hair is really soft and it doesn’t tangle easily. It seems to be human hair. The only fault I had with it is that the top was packed with a lot of short hairs to make it seem full. You can see the pictures of the short strands my hair dresser and I had to take out when we cut the hair from the weft to use it for my goddess braids. The picture is just 1/4 of what was taken out. I can’t really complain because it’s good for the price I paid. I ended up using only 2 bundles and the 1 bundle in the picture was the remaining one. Also, wash it b4 you use it because my water ran brown about 3xs b4 it got clear.

This HAIR IS TOOOO GOOD, I got 14,16,18 and they are most definitely TRUE TO LENGTH!! The hair is sooo soft and has no smell and does not shed. Such good quality for such a cheap price. The shipping is SOO FAST IT CAME IN 5 DAYS. Don't walk RUNNN. The customer communication is amazing. Will be buying again!!
